Your tips out? I have all the envelopes made out but I really don't want to have to worry about giving them out, is it rude if I have my mom or MOH do it?

my grandmother did it for my sister and will probably do it for me too. its just a weird tradition in my family the grandman holds all the money whether its in tips or gifts.
