I am trying to add the entire column together. Is there a way for me to add them all up without having to do it manually. I thought there was so some sort of code I could put in?

if you hit the sum button (the sigma sign) and then higlight all the numbers from top to bottom - and then click in the first clear cell after the numbers - it will put the total in that last cell - if you copy and paste it - it will bring the formulas over to all your columns!

FYI- an easier way is to click in the cell where you want the total to apprear. click the autosum button on the toolbar (looks like an E), verify that the numbers you want totally are highlighted (blinkling lights) and hit the autosum or enter key to calculate the total.
if the cells you want to add are not highlighted (blinking lights) when you click the autosum button the first time, then highlight the cells w/ your mouse.
