Who is making Ribbon Wands? (repost from BHB)

I really like the idea of ribbon wands. I know that someone posted a website to buy them...but I was wondering how much it would cost to make them and what materials were needed. Thanks!!!

I only have 7 days left, and so I dont' have a second to spare to do these. So I put Linda of Linda's Lovelies on it. She is getting back to me with all the specifics on them. So I'll let you know.

Thank you!!
