My Parents- 1/3
His Parents- 1/3 however I havent seen any of it yet, but they say they will!

My parents are paying the bulk of it. We are paying for all the extras and the HM. His family has contributed nothing $$$wise. FMIL is calligraphying the envelopes and there is talk of a rehersal brunch but who knows.

My parents are paying for a majority of the reception hall costs. FH and I are paying for everything else (Dress, DJ, Flowers, Church, Limos, Photo/Video, HM. etc., etc. etc...) My mom keeps buying little things though-- but nothing I really need (or particularly want....) but its nice of her.

His mom can't afford to contribute anything.

We have divided it into thirds. Yet somehow I seem to be shelling out all the money (which is good for me and FH because then our parents will have to make the big payments in July)

We're very lucky...FH and I are paying for about half of our wedding...both of our parents have been very generous

FH & I are paying about 75% ourselves & my mother is paying about 25%. My In-laws are contributing nothing & they're loaded Oh, well!

Its mostly just FH paying... I have no money. But my parents are paying for some small things here and there, and they paid for most of my dress. FH's parents are paying for absolutely nothing.

Just FH and I I'm kind of annoyed a little at my parents for that. My dad is kinda broke lately b/c he's been sick and had to take early retirement and my parents are divorced. My mom was originally paying for my dress and accessories and then when we decided to downgrade the wedding and save some $$$$ (we want to buy a new house) She decided she wasnt going to pay. I couldnt afford to spend $2,000 so I had to cancel the dress and we havnt spoke since (about a month ago) It's funny how she was so quick to tell me what to do and how to do it when it wasnt her money. They all just wanted to have a party on my dime and it wasn't happening. FH and I are going to do what we want to do and she can either come or stay home and be bitter. (sorry for all that, had to vent) I'd like to win the lotto as well...
