I would think the RH does this. I would buy 1 napkin and learn yourself. When you go for your menu selection bring it. Along with a picture of how it should look finished and tell them that is how you would like it done.
One thing though. If the first course is already served while guest's enter the room they probbly won't be able to do this bc the food will be on the dish in front of them. Just FYI

did you show them a picture? maybe they just dont know the term 'tuxedo'...but i think if they saw a pic they could figure it out

If they don't know how to make this (even after seeing a picture), i wouldn't risk letting them figure it out on their own. Who knows how they'll do it!

i think either my doc or my linen vendor will be doing that... i agree with the girls though, learn how to do it and show them
