I planned on just my father giving me away, although it seems as though more and more brides are opting for both of their parents give them away by walking them down the aisle. SO I may have my mom and dad walk me down. But I am still contemplating it. Although suring the ceremony if I only pick my dad then he will say 'her mother and I do'.

My parents are divorced so I had both parents walk me down, and my stepmother lifted my veil. I honestly wanted to walk down alone but it caused a HUGE chaos in my family.

my FH and I were set up on a blind date by his cousin
(His cousin was engaged to my girlfriend, but sadly my friend was killed on 9/11 and FH and I decided that this would be our way to say 'thank you' to 'them' for bringing us together)
