WHO IS WEARING THEIR VEIL THE WHOLE DAY/NIGHT ?

HEY EVERYONE I AM WEARING A LONG CATHEDRAL VEIL FOR MY WEDDING I WAS THINKING ABOUT BUYING A SHORTER ONE FOR THE PARTY
SHOULD I CHANGE VEILS OR NOT WEAR ONE FOR THE PARTY

I wanted to wear my veil the whole night, but it gets ripped out of your head when people hug you a lot and that starts to get annoying and painful so I gave up and took it off. If I were you I would skip the veil after your ceremony and pictures.

I agree either bustle it or get a shorter one. Im wearing a fingertip one so probbly will wear it all night. considering it dont get ripped off. Hey you only get to wear a veil once so why not take full advantage of it.

I just re watched my sister's wedding video from four years ago and all you see on the video is her adjusting her veil (it was not detachable) and she made the funnies faces! She wanted to kill everyone...>I haven't decided, mine is detachable, I might or might not waer it...but I think to buy a separate one is a waste of money....unless you have money! I am biased because I am broke as a joke.......

I'm thinking I'm not going to wear my veil the whole night...but I figure I will see how I feel about it as the night goes on!

I with have two veils...cathedral and fingertip. The cathedral veil will come off after the church and some pictures. the fingertip will stay on all night unless it bothers me. i think the veil looks great in pictures.

I left it on. It's the only day in your life that you will ever wear a veil. I don't think I would change it. Try to bustle it or get a shorter one. Mine was fingertip length.

I'm wearing mine all day too. I agree that it's the only day you can wear it, so you might as well!!

I have a cathedral for the ceremony and a finger tip for the reception. My mom talked me into it and I'm glad she did.

I wore my veil the whole night, I never been to a wedding wear a bride took it off.
I have seen, however, gils who have cathedral veils change into a shorter veil . . .

a veil is so pretty and you only get to wear it once!!! I couldn't ever take it off!!!

I have a fingertip veil and want to keep it on all night. Thank goodness my friend, who is my hairstylist will be there with me all night b/c she can fix it if it starts to come out.

I wore mine all night and it didn't budge. It was cathedral and I bustled it.

I'm glad I wore it all night. But by the end I was ready to rip it off because it is heavy (plus I had extensions in).

i'm not wearing cathedral length but i am wearing my veil the whole day...its really the only chance i'm going to get to wear something like that for a whole day

im gonna keep mines on for ist dance then im gonna take it off and probably put it back on for cake cutting (if im in the mood) we say so much now but when the party starts i wonder if im even gonna care

i wore a catherdral length veil and took if off somewhere during the reception. It was a pain, but I figured you only get to wear a veil once and u might as well get the one you want and wear it as long as u want.

What does a bustled cathedral veil look like I plan on wearing my veil for most of the reception until I get tired of it

I wore it all night at the suggestion of my hair stylist. I really would not recommend doing that because when people hug you or take pictures w/ their arms around you they pull on it. This may not only rip the veil, but it also may pull some of your hair down from it's up-do. It was nice to see it on all night froma picture stand-point, but it was not practical.
