I am from ozone park and ALWAYS wanted to move to howard beach. if you are looking there you only want to be in New Howard. Not that old Howard is bad but if you intend on having kids new Howard elementary school goes to 8th grade otherwise your kids would have to go to 202 jhs which was bad when i went there like 12 years ago. also with school district there the HS is John adams which = they need to go to catholic HS.
