Man says he's eaten 23,000 Big Macs since 1972 FOND DU LAC, Wis. - A 54-year-old man says his obsessive-compulsive disorder drove him to eat 23,000 Big Macs in 36 years. Fifty-four-year-old Don Gorske says he hit the milestone last month, continuing a pleasurable obsession that began May 17, 1972 when he got his first car. Gorske has kept every burger receipt in a box. He says he was always fascinated with numbers, and watching McDonald's track its number of customers motivated him to track his own consumption. The only day he skipped a Big Mac was the day his mother died, to respect her request. The correctional-institution employee says he doesn't care when people call his Big Mac obsession crazy. He says he's in love with the burgers, which are the highlights of his days.
Don's eaten at least one Big Mac every day. That's roughly 14 beef cattle, 560 pounds of cheese, and 100 gallons of Special Sauce. The amazing thing is that Don's cholesterol comes in at a frighteningly healthy 155.
omg i love BIG MACS i've been eating them since 1980 lol (3 yrs old)
my mom got my sister and i cheeseburgers got herself the bigmac
sat us down...started to feed us...i wasn't eating and she asked y..and i only spoke greek @ the time i said yours is bigger then my i want yours. lol so my mom took out the xtra breads and pattys and gave me bigmacs since then lol..ugh she told FH this story and he said she hasn't changed lol bc if his dish is nicer i make him switch lol
but i haven't eaten that many big macs lol

Its not the guy from supersize me. But I think thats where the idea came from. The guy from supersize me eats Mcdonalds 3 times a day for 1 month. It was so gross. This guy is skinny. Let me see if I can find a picture. I can only find the back of him. ughhh!
UGH. I dont even eat fast food regularly and my cholesterol is sky high! Maybe I should incorporate big macs into my fricken diet!
