who made the beautiful DIY place cards???

i remember seeing detailed instructions on placecards, that had like little cutouts on the corner, they were maroon i believe..does anyone have this tread notebooked (i thought i did)...and can you bump it??

I also did these (inspired by lucamon), but I cut out one step by cutting out only 2 corners (lucamon did 4 corners). If you are interested in these instructions FM me. See the picture below
