Usually the parents but I've heard of couples doing this for them. I thought we were going to pay for it but FMIL paid.

Just to mix it up. I paid for my flower girl's dress. Her parents wer ein our wedding party and i didnt want to give them an added expense.

Ditto... I have two fgs and I can't see there mother who is a bm paying for those too so I am picking that one up.

I'm going to let my FG use a dress from a wedding she was in before. Her mom is in my BP and I don't want to give her a added expense.

yeah, def. parents of fg traditionally...i am paying for most of mine, since my fg's parents gave me a low budget and i can't find anything to fit into it.
