OK... I've been researching this alot, and I'm sorta getting ALL types of answers...and I know that you girls will pull through...
Who is supposed to pay for the rehearsal dinner...???
I hear a majority saying the groom's parents... some the brides parents, and even less they couple is paying themselves. I def. can't do that last one... and if it's the first one I'd like to discuss that with his parents now...rather then last minute... LOL. Please help! TIA!!

I believe it is the groom's parents.
But now everyone does thier own thing, it's not so traditional anymore

Hmm... I'll see if they can..I'll have FH ask. LOL. Then, otherwise, maybe everyone can pay their own..? Or, is that tacky? LOL I don't think we'll be able to afford it, and I KNOW my Mom won't want to give a penny more...soo... we'll see how that goes over. LOL... Still have plenty of time THANKS GIRLS!!

traditionally the grooms parents pay for this. But that is usually if the brides parents are paying for the wedding and everyone is taking the traditional route money wise.

if it comes down to having to pay for it yourself- maybe consider using the home of one of them instead of a restaurant- that should cut costs a lot.

Tradition says groom's parents, but things have changed. I think that we are all chipping in together to pay for it since both sets of parents are contributing to our wedding. We are going to chip in whatever we can and then they will pay the rest.
