is it my mom? or my MOH? who plans? who pays? how does this work! help!

im planning mine with my moh/sis she is paying for it and it will be at my house
i picked my favors, and my sister is yelling at me that im not allowed... i said... zip it, i'll do whatever the frig i want...

my mom & my sister (MOH) are taking care of everything. i guess my mom is paying since my sister is still in college but knowing my sister (she is very generous) she is probably helping pay for something.
