Sometimes I wish I had that booming 'SHUT UP!' button at my desk that they used to use when the guests got out of hand.
Remember the Mr. Punyverse contest?!

Re: Who remembers the Richard Bey show?
i actually was an audience member with my friends when I was 19. The cameraman loved us and shot every reaction, smile, and other scary faced we made. I even had the nerve to ask a question. I still remember the question I asked! I will never forget getting all these calls from people who know me telling me they saw me on the show since my face was on camera enough times. My 5 minutes of fame, on Richard Bey!!

Do you also remember the 1800 US LAWYER commercials that aired for years after shot with audience members in that studio saying '1 800 US LAWYER'?

it used ot be on channle 8 in the late morning. it was sort of like jerry springer, but it really didn't tak itself seriously at all. They had my punyverse contest and contests for big women, man or woman contests...all kind of really funny stuff, and i think games..and then they had 'richard bey's night games' which was a late night show which was even racier

Re: Who remembers the Richard Bey show?
LOL! I think that was actually my grandmother's favorite show. My sister and I used to watch it with her occasionally. My grandma is also a big fan of Jerry Springer.
