I'm watching it during commercials in the Yankee game. It looks kind of interesting but hard to tell from the couple of minutes I'm seeing it.

OMG- one of those chicks lost 15 lbs in ONE WEEK!Im going to quit my job and work out full time for the next four months...I could be like 100 lbs by then!
It kinda got me motivated though, I liked it.

Thought it was a good show, and I actually got Danielle to watch it too. I think that Bob offers a much better program than the other trainer.
