Probably a silly question but does the florist do any setup at the church or reception site....if not who does it? I am guessing the banquet manager? I am going for something a little tablescapy for the centerpiece and meeting my first florist today and do want to look like a fool asking about setup if that is not normally what they do. Thanks!
I am pretty sure the florist is suppose to set everything up. My florist will be setting up all centerpieces, and needed flowers. Villa requires him to submit his insurance so be on site, since they own Port jeff CC maybe that goes for you too..

The florist does it unless it's the in house florist from Scotto Bros - they don't have a van and therefore YOU must make arrangements to pick up church and personal flowers. Always ask - my friend didn't find out untill 5 days before her wedding!!!
