Which vendors are you supposed to tip? I did a search for this topic but came up short. I know the service providers like the makeup and hair people get tipped. Does the DJ, videographer, florist , etc. get tipped? Is there a list somewhere?
DJ (If you're having an MC as well, you'll need to tip them both) Photographer and assistants (if applicable) Videographer Flower delivery/set up people Maitre'D Bartenders/Valet/Coatroom attendants

I thought the rule was: If you feed them, don't tip them, but I've learned from LIW that's not true :)
