dm24angel came up with a fantastic idea. She started it on the Slim Down boards, but we were thinking that everyone else might be interested too. Here is her original post: 'I was just freaking out over the amount of weigt I need to lose before wedding day ( and to get a derss) and was thinking of motivation...how about a contest of somesort...we could put in like either a set amount of money, like $20 or like a few dollars a week( I know we must all be strapped for cash) and then the winner gets the money to buy new SMALLER sized clothes? the only thing is to prove you lost the most we would need like a get together to get weighed in and then another after it ends? Just a thought, any other ideas or comments?'
So, how about it ladies? The more people we get, the more money for new clothes, right?

I'm not sure, but I think it's probably whoever loses the most weight. Maybe we could set a start and end date--so whoever loses the most between that time is the winner?

I think that's a great idea. You should do whoever loses the largest percentage of body weight because numbers are different on different people.

My wedding is in only 10 days.. but I am in nonetheless... I can ALWAYS stand to lose more weight!
(ETA...Unfortunately, I don't look all THAT much like my skinny avatar over there!)
