Who wants to see the progress of our walkin closet?

Here is the story.

We have what we call a 'Bonus Room' right next to our Master Bedroom.

The only way in 'was' from the 1st floor using dropdown stairs.

We decided to cut a doorway from the Master Bedroom in the Bonus Room to create a huge walkin closet.

Here is the progress:

The window in the Bonus room.

Installing the electric for lighting.

Installing the installation.

Framing the door, that will be the door from the master bedroom into the walkin closet.

Sheetrocking the room.

The cabinets Phil loved and installed.

This is the new door from the master bedroom to the walk-in closet. That was wall!!!

Re: Who wants to see the progress of our walkin closet?

I love this view from the new door in the bedroom.

That's me on my new bench, well it is almost done.

More progress!!!!

My bench is coming along!!

The wood floor and wainscotting are installed.

I love my bench.

This is the wall with the door into the bedroom, opposite the bench and window. Phil installed wainscotting all the way up to the ceiling.

And the progress will continue....

That's going to be gorgeous when it's all finished!

Is your bedroom set from Pier 1? Rio Grande? We have the same set. I love it.

Yes, it the Rio Grande. We have the headboard, footboard, end tables, and the 7 draw dresser.

I love it, since it is distressed wood I never really worry about scratching or nicking it.

Shana, Phil bought new book with all different styles of crown moulding and decor.

He is re-doing our dining room now. You have seen our dining room, does it look like it needs to be re-done????

He says, 'Trust me!!! It will look awesome!!'

Please ask him for ideas for your new house, he can put his energy into your house.
