Do you remember you first boyfriend? What was his name and how old were you?
I'll start...
His name was Teddy, like teddy bear, as an adult the name reallly cracks me up now. I was 11 years old and had a 'major' crush on him for about 3 weeks. He played the trumpet in band which I thought was very sexy.

Matthew. 3rd grade. He had red hair. I remember he wrote me a note on yellow lined paper 'I have a crush on you'. It was cute.

My first real bf was in 8th grade. His name was Dennis- he was such a DORK! My little brother still makes fun of me for going out with him! I saw him a few years back- got really into piercings and had bleached white hair! Freak!!!!!

My first Bf name was Gerardo and we were together for 4 years. He was my next door neighbor when I lived in PR. We left eachother a few months before I decided to move back to NY at the end of our Jr. year in high school.
I see him everytime I go to PR and my hubby has met him.

My first BF was Eric in kindergarten... we used to kiss behind the books... LOL! I started early, what can I say...
there were a few in between, but my first REAL b/f was when I was 18.. for about 2 1/2 years.... got rid of him and met FH!

My first was in 7th Grade his name was Owen and we dated for about a week. Funny thing is - he is a GM in our wedding. He and FH are best friends and I actually dumped him after a week b/c I liked FH. I have known FH since 1st grade.

First REAL boyfriend was Pat when I was 18. I loved him soooooo much. I had a really tough time getting over him (we broke up in 1994 and I would say it truly took me a good 2 years to get over him - maybe 3) He cheated on me repeatedly until I finally had had enough and left him (I moved to NYC). I managed to blame him for all my problems until finally one weekend in 1997, I decided I was tired of demonizing him, so I sat down, write him a long letter (that I never sent) telling him how much he meant to me, how much fun a lot of our time together was, and to thank him for teaching me XYZ and for being a friend. Three days later FH smiled at me from across a bar and that was that.
I saw Pat at a party back in Texas a few years ago and the funny thing was I felt zero. zip zilch nada. Funny. He is happily married with 2 babies now and I'm happy for him.

Brian.. I went to day camp with him.. I went out to dinner with him and his parents... I think that was it... or the first person who I called my boyfirend was Tony and that was in 5th grade...

My first real boyfriend was Tony when I was 17 years old. His mom and my mom have known each other since they were 5 years old. He lived in NJ and I in NY. We used to see each other about once a month.

Alex in kindergarden. We were the shortest kids in the class so he and i were the first boy and girl in the line and we would always hold hands even when we didnt have too. He would tell all the bad boys to not pick on me because I was his girl and he would beat them up in the schoolyard during recess.
awww we're so cute at that age.
I had the biggest crush on this boy Michael though. I would give him my cheese and crackers when his mom gave him raisins as a snack.
I was such the little player at 5.
My first real boyfriend wasnt until i was 15. We dated for 3 years.

My first real boyfriend was Rick!! Hmmmmm...we dated for almost 3 years...all through High School...then he broke up with me in March, after he found out that I was going to PA to college...dumb a$$...he didnt even have the decentcy to take me to the prom!! well, I saw him a few years ago, he was working in my building and he still looks the same but now hes got 4 kids!!

My 1st real boyfriend was in 8th grade - this guy named Brian Baiko. I met him (at all places) the Levittown Roller Rink - he asked me to couple skate and I turned to mush! I got rid of him after I think two weeks because he tried to kiss me while he had toothpaste in his mouth - YUK!!!
My 1st real love was Chris Gerken from Oyster Bay. We dated 16 months and I still feel a little pang of something whenever his name is rarely mentioned (by Mom of course, because she idolized him and loves to reminisce). It's amazing how much impact that 1st love has on someone and how hard it is to come to terms with it after almost 20 years. I would never trade my life with my husband for what I had with him but I always have to wonder what if?
