I was trying to figure out the same thing. I have never seen him before. They are plotting against someone, but I don't think it's Serena this time....


BTW I hate to see chuck with the other girl....he belongs with blair....

I just watched it this morning...

Blair and Serena 'living together' is so not going to work out (too much petty drama goes on between the two)

And I have no idea who that guy is at the end or what they are plotting but A) He's pretty hot lol, and B) it's definitely keeping me excited for the rest of the season!

I'm just curious what the deal is with Chuck new chikadee... guess we'll find out next week - bet she's some kind of prostitute back home
