Who watched Roseanne?

I never watched it growing up didn't like it. Ive been catching it lately when there is nothing on at like 2 am. I was watching it last night and I saw the episode which I guess was the last episode. It showed Rosanne writing a book and darlene and david bringing the baby home and them winning the lotto and living in the redone house. At the end Roseanne started saying how dan had a heartattack and they lost him and how Darlene and mark and becky and david hooked up I was so confused. Is that what happened was that the last episode?

yes that was the last episode, and altho i absolutly love that show so much. i hated the last season with the lotto and to this day do not understand that episode u described either, it was horrible..im baffled-think she was writing a book and it never really happened, im not sure tho

I just remember that toward the end of the show, he left town for a little while (in real life, John Goodman was making a movie).

Then, after they brough him back, Jackie overheard him having a phone conversation with a mistress...that's all I remember

Yes, Dan had a heart attack at Darlene's wedding. In the end they said he dies & she made up the rest. The end made me bawl.

I loved that show. But I didn't like the winning the lottery stuff.

I never realized Dan was killed off at the end, never saw the final episode. I got into it in reruns and saw that Dan had a heart attack at Darlene & David's wedding, but he came home around taking care of his sick mom. I remember there were a few episodes where he and Roseanne tried working things out (all around the lottery). I never knew he died in the end.
