Who will help you in the bathroom on your wedding day?

Okay, I know this is a crazy question, but for the most part, most brides need assistance in the bathroom on their wedding days as the gowns are so cumbersome. So who is helping YOU?

My MOH. I held her gown for her on her wedding day (she actually got undressed to use the bathroom!) and if need be, she'll hold mine.

Actually, I didn't use the bathroom from the time I got dressed at about noon until the time I took the dress off about 11:30pm!

I am not sure yet. I wore a huge poofy dress as BM for FSIL wedding and did great by myself. (my luck I'd drop the dress in the toilet bowl though) I don't like the idea of peaing infront of anyone else. Maybe I will get FH to do it. (He's been there for about everything.) (but people might think we could not wait until we were at hotel )

WOW Doreen!! That's amazing!! No way could I ever do that!

I had my MOHs help me the first time, but after that, I realized I really could do it myself. I was sooo happy about that - it's one of the reasons I love my dress so much!!

i think there is no such thing as modesty at a momemnt like that. my MOH will be assisting me with the bathroom, but hopefully i will not have to use it that much...just a nusaince (sp)

Can you believe that I didn't go to the bathroom ONCE on my wedidng day!!!!!!!!. I think I was so overwhelmed with happiness that I forgot, LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I only used the bathroom once after I left my house that day. My sister helped me. I thought I could do it myself, and actually tried, but it's not as easy as you may think!!

Don't worry about modesty, though. Once you start lifting that dress and slip up, you are covered under yards and yards of material. Your 'assistant' can't see a thing!!

I did it myself. I was not comfortable with having anyone else in there with me.

I was able to manage myself but my sister would have helped if I needed. Fortunately, our reception place had basically a small handicapped room that I claimed for me

probably my sister..although my stepmom helped me when I was unable to get up from my gurney in the ER....
