So I got this invite to a 60th birthday party...

the RSVP number said Regrets Only with a number

we did that for my friends babys christening and i have gotten alot of invites worded that way....sometimes its just easier

yeah my sister always does that for her kid parties. like, just tell me if you're not coming otherwise i'm assuming you'll be there. I think more casual parties it's not that uncommon.

i've gotten plenty of invites with that RSVP option.
sometimes it's easier.

I DID THAT FOR MY E-PARTY INVITES!!!!


mostly because i didnt want every relative calling me to say they are coming or not.

the party is mostly like an open house its a few hours and we're having all this food so its not like we have to have a specific head count.

but seriously...i didnt even want to talk to anyone!!

hahahaah

but i would never for my wedding!!!

Yea~! if its in a house OK...but if not then okay fine.

but come on! so obvious! im telling them i cant make it...funny thing is i got an invitations for a birthday party the same day

not to be obnoxious or anything, just be careful about assuming that. if it's regrets only they can still get a headcount because if you DON'T call they count you as 1. you know what i mean?

it does seem like a possibility for the shower, but i'd hate to see you get all excited and walk into an actual birthday party.
