Whoa - Demetrios gowns 40-70% off
I'm a Long Island girl/bride currently living in Boston.
Ok so, we have Filene's up here. It's a department store owned by the same peeps that own Macy's. Well, Filene's buckled; closing up shop; out of business. They have stores throughout New England & they all closed too, and the Filene's in downtown is now the 'clearance center.' Every store ships their stuff there. WELL - Filene's stores had bridal departments!!! I went on my lunchhour today & I swear they had 200 gowns, at least. Rack after rack after rack. I'd say almost every one of the gowns are by Demetrios. Some say Macy's bridal, but have Demetiros tags. They have sizes 6-14, MOB dresses, 2nd wedding dresses, tiaras, purses, etc. No BM stuff though.
Literally, you can get a ball gown for $400. The more expensive the gown, the more % you get off. Example: gowns $1000 & under are 40% off. $1250 & up are 50% off; you get the idea.
Everything is final sale and its off the rack (not taking orders). I'm not saying you are gauranteed to find a gown but if you were going to be in Boston anyway, you should GO!!!
Oh and don't confuse this sale with the Filene's Basement Bridal Event. That's in January. Filene's Basement isn't going out of business; just the Filene's department stores.
