I thought Penelope Cruz and Salma Hayek were both gorgeous... Salma a little bit more then Penelope, though Salma's hair was a bit 'eh?'

They both got an eye-popping 'WOW' from my half watching husband so I guess that counts for the hottie factor !

I have no clue, I didn't really cared for it, but she does have a flawless face though.

I have to disagree. I think Cate always looks stunning. And I really hated Halle's hair. And clothes. And everything. (Though she has really pretty teeth.)

I loved Barbara Striesand's whole get-up. Not something I would choose for myself, but very pretty for her.


ETA: I loved Emmy Rossum. She's beautiful. Penelope Cruz looked great. Kate Winslet looked great.
Renee Zelwegger (too thin and her face is all scrunchy, but her dress was fab.)

As a whole I think that noone cared how their hair looked though.
