We stayed at the Hyatt - it was great....
The sushi restaurant there was amazing (I'm a tough critic)
Steak & Crustaceans was another great restaurant
The cigar bar across from El Gaucho was fun
Sopranos (bar) was sooo much fun
We took the helicopter ride over Aruba - was beautiful!
Definitely snorkel

I just saw - the sushi place is called Japengo!

And, Aqua Grill is delish

This website is also AMAZING for restaurants in Aruba b/c it gives reviews and all. I posted reviews on every restaurant we went to LOL!

Aruba Restaurants

O9er crashing....

i was there last year in aug. across the street from the Radisson is an amazing italian restaurant. if you like cheese they have this pasta dish they cook in front of you in a huge cheese wheel. so yummy!

also check out the marina, really nice to walk around there and take pics.

there's an island you can go to and spend the day there, i forget the name but ask at your hotel. they feed you hot dogs and burgers and drinks but it's nice to relax and it has a water park.

go snorkeling! so much fun. and jet skiing.

i am gonna have to print out this thread and bring it with me!!..

I am so not the reservation type..i hate having to be somewhere at a certain time when im on vacation. Does everyone recommend reservations? if we dont will we have to wait a long time?

I really do recommend you make reservations, especially for the sunset/outdoor restaurants. Unless you don't care if you see the sun set or not, then you might be okay, just have a wait!

Sorry, crashing, I was there in Nov. We stayed at the Casa Del Mar Time Share. I HIGHLY recommend the Italian Rest. by the Lighthouse as well. Food was soooooooo good, and incredibly romantic.

There is usually someone at your hotel who will make the reservations for you. I would recommend reservations for most of the places, otherwise you may not even be able to eat at some of them. Especially El Gaucho.

i loved the radisson! might be going back there this summer. their casino ***** though because the blackjack shoot is neverending and it's hard to win. gamble at the marriot instead.

we did their dinner on the beach and it was so romantic.

I'm going to Aruba for our HM for 9 days in the beginning of Oct. We have our flights booked, but still haven't decided on a hotel. We're deciding between the Hyatt and the Westin. Which one would all of you recommend?

I haven't been there but we booked it for our honeymoon and we are staying at the Hyatt, we heard great things about it from close friends!

how many days did it rain?..

Did the weather report say rain and it never did?..I just went to see the weather there..this whole week says humid with rain...

i heard that it only rains in december - when im going

Me and FH have been there a few times - That is where we got engaged!!!

I def recommed Flying Fishbone and Madamme Jeanettes they are both so pretty.

Also if you like snorkeling and scuba diving...go to Baby beach for snorkeling

And def go scuba diving---Aruba is one of the best places I've scuba dived!!!
