I work out in the morning, as soon as I get up, otherwise, it doesn't get done.
I try to stay away from junk food...especially at night. I just had a craving!

I switch between morning and night workouts depending on what I have planned each night. Tonight i had nothing to do, but then I remembered football began and then the couch was comfortable. Now it's 10:00.
