Now that we are a couple of months into 08, everyone is busy planning or marrying or in the aftermath. who is on your list of people to--um--smack, if you could? Who really, really, annoys you or messed up royally?

My list
My BM, who keeps changing her mind about bringing a date 1 week before the wedding! and messing up the seating chart.
My makeup artist, who is MIA.
My limo co, who can't seem to get the details right, and always puts me on hold.
All those dunces who never sent in reply cards, who I have heard from dubious sources are either coming or not coming, or, somehow, both.

FH's parents atm even though I love them- just because they decided to invite someone last minute! Now we don't know if they are coming or not -grrr
The airline that my ex-MoH works for- they are just dorks for putting her through the stress and hell that ruined her being my MoH
Nobody else really atm because things are all set and that everyone is on track as far as I know.

Hehe. Been there with the FMIL. It got better though.
I think it's hard for them, giving up their little boys. They go nuts. Worse than brides ever could, but nobody lets them get away with it usually, so they eventually shut up.
I hope it works in your case.

umm...right now FH cause of his last minute guest list thought would be 20-30 people....it was actually 62!!!!!!!!
and my 1 BM who needed to beat me to getting married and is going down to FL to see her mom and going to a justice of the peach just so she gets married BEFORE ME! if she calls me 1 more time about something 'wedding' for her and not to ask me if I NEED ANYTHING im gonna kick her in the overies!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Umm...Right now all is well, but I had a few bridesmaids who dropped out last minute for less than stellar reasons, a huge fight with MIL over Christmas (apparently she is not ready to let go of her son), and a cousin who decided to jump in and quick get married before me to a guy she only knew a few months (when she knew I was getting married soon). I also had problems with a jealous sister who is upset her BF will not propose yet. Now I am worried he will propose at an inappropriate time way too close to my wedding. I would not put it past her to plan a quickie wedding to get it in before mine, just to make me mad and take the spotlight off of me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is soooo wrong!!!!!!!!! Why do people feel the need to one up us??? Why can't they just be happy for us instead of jealous and competitive?

What happened to your makeup artist??? That is the one thing that would make me nervous is if vendors would not get back to me. It makes you think they took your money and ran. I am sure your makeup artist probably has a good reason and will get back to you soon, but it makes one crazy thinking about the possibility of a shady vendor.

She is a friend. She refused to take any money. I had to hire someone else, and now I don't know what to do if they both show up.

Fh's aunt since she keeps asking me to add people to her list with 1 week left for the rsvp's (LET'S GET SOMETHING STRAIGHT B*T(H, YOU'RE HIS AUNT, NOT HIS MOM AND YOU DON'T GET A LIST!!!!)
Fh's sister because she's flying in from California and 'hasn't decided if she's bringing a guest yet.' Well hunny...you've got a week to decide or I'll decide for you.
All the people who haven't rsvp'd yet...how hard is it to put it in the mail..I already put a stamp on it!!
FH's cousin...on his rsvp card he wrote: Number of Persons: 1 (2?)...well what is it...1 or 2 because it matters. Last night her reported that he'd let me know a week before. I told him that was unacceptable and his guest would not have a seat unless i knew by March 15th!! AHHHH

right now FH for procrastinating and not cleaning up his co-op for potential renters
FIL's for acting like the wedding isn't taking place this year -- ZERO interest
some BM's for not trying on more dressing last week like they promised (they live in FL)
the people who are conciously or subconciously trying to ruin my diet -- stop friggin offering me cheescake and chocolate. w t f !!!!

Yeah what's up with that??? We had one set of friends that were planning a July wedding, found out ours was in June, and moved theirs to January (lots of J's in there lol...grooms name started with a J too!). Also my cousin pressured her bf into proposing and set her date for 2 months after mine... which is frustrating because my family is now going to be saving $$ for her wedding too... and will be less generous with ours.
When we were planning our wedding, i wasn't worrying about what everyone else was doing
