Most of the showers I have been to recently have been paid for by the mom and MOH.... I know typically it's the bridal party's responsibility but it seems to becoming rarer. So, out of curioousity, if you know, who is paying for your shower?

my fmil is paying for my entire shower. she doesnt want my bm's to chip in any money.

Since my parents passed away a few years ago, both of my sisters (who are my MOH's) are paying for everything.....they will not take a penny from me They won't even let me buy my BM's gifts because they already purchased something for them (meanwhile I bought my BM's gifts over the summer - guess I'll give it to them during the Bridal Luncheon).
