I am planning from San Diego and I am not even from NY. It is so hard finding people or places that are good vendors. FMIL is not much help like she said she would be...I am moving there this summer and I am sooo nervous!! BIG CITY

I am lucky my FMIL is a great help! I am from LI so I know some stuff but I have been gone a long time so I look here for my recommendations...let's hope it all comes together the way I want.

How do u girls do it?? I live in queens.. near all my vendors - I give you all alot of credit.. and your long distance bills must be sky high :) how did you choose your locations? how many did you get to see before you picked??

I'm planning from San Diego for now, but I'll be moving to Manhattan in June, so I'll have a full year to finish planning from NY. Thank goodness for that, b/c I find it so hard to be excited from so far away!
