Our second class is tonight. I never thought it would be so hard. I hope I get this down soon. We have 20 sessions, I better get it down with the money we're paying.

We won 4 free private dance lessons at the Wedding of The year with John from Ballroom dancing. We already had three. SO much fun!!

Check with your local town department of parks and recreation. We took 8 lessons 1 1/2 hours each for less than $100.
We are getting ready to sign up for the summer session (not ballroom though).

We are- well our day is almost here so lets so if it pays off- either way we had a lot of fun doing it and will probably continue after as something special we do together

We are taking lessons starting on Thursday-- we are actually choreographing our first dance. The New York Crystal Dance Studio is very reasonable-- 5 30 min private lessons and 5 60 min group lessons for $120.

We're doing our dance lessons from Crystal & our instructor Phyllis is great!!! We have our 4th lesson in 30 minutes....we just learned 1 dance (foxtrot) to help w/ our first dance (& other slow songs).

We took dance lessons for 4 or 5 months for our dance. (We'll see how it pays off on Saturday!) We learned how to Waltz and Swing and had a GREAT time doing it!!! Who would have thought FH was such a great dancer!!! We're doing a waltz for our first dance and I can't wait!!!

We took dance lessons also. We had 10 private lessons, 5 group lessons, and 5 practice sessions. By the end, we had a little choreographed routine. I loved that we had something to do together once or twice a week.
Sometimes it was a little frustrating, but it was so worth it. The applause from our guests when I did my first turn was amazing. We danced a rumba, and not only was it different from what most people are used to seeing, but I kept it a secret from most of my family and friends. They didn't suspect a thing, which added to the enjoyment of them watching us do our first dance.
I recommend it if you have the extra $$ to spend on it. It was a bit costly, but it was worth it to us.

We're doing it!! Every Friday until the wedding. $50 per 1hr session.
