here is the dialogue:

Guy: which floor

girl: second floor
I am a blood donor, you make a good action and on top of that you make $50 per donation

guy: I am going to the fourth floor, i am a donor too but at the sperm bank
and pays much better too, i get $500 per donation

Several months later

Guy: Hey its you, how are you doing
second floor as usual

GIrl: has her mouthful and puts up 4 fingers to indicate fourth floor
