When they have the vienesse hour with all the desserts do they present it somehow??? Like make a show of it or is it nothing spectacular like they just bring out the tables quietly adn thats it??

If I remember correctly, they bring the tables onto the dance floor in a square and that is how its set. they may have changed it since. Did you book for the VH? I would just call and ask how they set it up even if you are deciding on it
ETA:Im confused what do you mean by spectacular? I dont really think there is a setup that can be spectacular in a sense. 3 weddings Ive been too had VH and they were just set up on bistro tables and nothing spectacular, I mean the tables were set up nice

sorry what i meant is that my parents went to a party in decemeber and they had the VH and as they were setting it up the waiters did a dance show - laser beems and all that. with like techno music...

My goodness! Some people would like that but I would be SO embarrassed for the servers. It might sound weird, but I get really embarrassed for the servers when they have to sing at restaurants. I'm sure they don't mind it, but if I had to do it, I would be SO embarrassed.
Mostly because I can't sing or dance.

They didnt do that when we went, but that might have been fixed with the DJ if they had a house vendor. They may do that dance show regardless but the Laser beems and the music Im sure they fixed it with the DJ b/c the rooms only have regular lighting, they dont actually have that kind of lighting. I would just call and ask them how they do it, i know at Villa Lombardis they do the a wine welcoming where they almost parade around to the bride and groom-CB may do something like this for VH but to be sure I would call and ask.

I went to a weding a few years back and they did Vianese trays at each table. They actualy had the waiters walk in with them with sparkers. The made a little production out of it so I'm sure the do something with a viannese table on the dance floor.
