Whose Tarale??

I'm hearing about Tarale doing hair trials for a few of you girls and I'm trying to figure out who she is and where she's located. If anyone has info on her, please let me know...I'm trying to find someone to do my hair!! If you've used her please tell me about your experience....price, location, pics?? Thanks!
