I got ya! My cousin did that at her wedding.
i was just thinkin about that..i wasnt sure if my dad lifts it just to kiss me and give me away (which almost made me tear up just now) or is fh does it when hes ready to lay one on me.

When your dad gives you away he lifts the blusher and kisses you...hands you over to your groom.
Not sure if I'm doing it....too much too all in my face.

not sure yet...the veil i tried was without the blusher...but i do think i want to walk down the aisle with the blusher on and then have my dad lift it off my face, its probably something he wants to do so i wont take that away from him
