Why am I so confused??

The payments FH and I have been making towards the RH, these are payments based on our minimum, correct?

So the day we give our guarantee number of guests, the total amount will change....then we pay the difference the day of?

I dont get why I am so confused! I was doing so good too till now! The closer I get, the dumber I get

yes...at least that is how we did it...we paid for like 3/4 of our min. and then when we get the final head count we pay the difference

yes, you are making payments toward the min. the day you give your final count you pay the diference
