why are bm dresses so dammm

ugly!!!! i really hate them all!!!!!the fabric is so damm awful!

I hear ya.... and the ones that arn't ugly you have to have all Size 2 BM's to pull off.

i wasnt crazy about that experience.. i think finding my dress was the easiest, then the bridesmaids, and the worst of the worst was finding a grandmothers dress i will NEVER do that again...

tell me about it - I have been a BM 8 times! The dresses are disgusting. That's why I'm only having my two sisters....

most of the BM dresses looked so dam stiff. I finally chose dresses from Priscilla of Boston becasue the fabric is softer

I really didn't lke this experince either... that's why I decdied to just have my two MOHs pick which ones tht they liked, adn the rest of the BP would just ahve to deal. Sure enough, they picked omsething I liked, and so does the rest of the BP. I wanted them to feel comfortable...

I didn't have this problem. My BM dresses are gorgeous. Of course, when you start to get into weird or trendy colors the dresses start to look ugly. That's just my opinion though.

I agree! I'm having my BM dresses made. I hated everything I saw out there. I wanted something simple yet something I would love to wear and something that they could also wear again.

I just got rid of all my ugly bm dresses (I've been one 6 times) and that's why I had my girls order J crew.

Try Dessy Collection -- they have a matte satin fabric that is lightweight but yet rich looking at the same time. (They also have the color I want. They call it 'Windsor blue')
