I love my DH. I knew from the day I met DH that I wanted to be with him, whether it meant getting married (which we did) or not. I love our life together and the life that we are continuing to build everyday.

Hi, I hope nobody takes offense to this poll, i just wanted to lighten up the mood here. Hopefully it'll also give you a reminder into why you're planning the wedding - 'cus you LOVE your DH! :)

Sometimes while we're planning and dealing with all the stress, we forget about this little fact. :)

I said because i Love him, but that is not the only reason. I have loved before but didnt marry them.

Mostly because I am at the point where I am ready to be married & start the next chapter of my life, I only just figured out who I am. I am sio glad I waited & didnt marry the first guy that I fell in love with because there are so many other things to consider as well. I just Prioritized what I wanted & didnt settle. Now I can say that I am perfectly content with spending the rest of my life with my FH. I not just love him but I love my life.

That's well said, loving yourself and your life is first and foremost! Only then can you truly love another...

He makes me happy. One of his goals in life is to always make me happy and keep surprising me. I can't imagine myself with anyone else. He knows me so well and understands me. He is my rock and my salvation. Every time I look at him I thank God that he is in my life and now my husband.

I love him so much and it is reciprocal... i can't imagine my life with anyone else. we were meant to be....

I don't think you covered all possibilities.

What about money, life insurance, etc...

I love my FH. We are true soulmates. I never thought that really existed until I met him.

I totally agree, yes I love my DH, but like mnducc said, I had been in love before (I was also engaged before) but I wasn't ready to be a wife. I still had things I wanted to do.

i knew from the first time I met him, that AI'd marry him. He is my best friend and I can't imagine living a day without him.

Because he promised me that I could live like a movie star...annulment time..no one notices me when I walk down the street and I've been looking as awful as any celebrity.

The moment i saw my FH i said to myself i am going to marry this man, we were together for 4 1/2 years had a baby and he finally poped the question ( after the baby was a year and a half old lol but atleast he did it) and now we are happier then ever

This is so touching! The majority of us still do marry for love. And even through all the stress of wedding planning you guys havent lost sight of that.... *sniffles!*

Because i need help to pay the mortgage!!

he is my best friend (even though he gets annoying at times)... i couldnt picture marrying or being with anyone else!!!

Nooooo, I married him because I love him. I just feel like we are more of a family now, even if it's only in my mind. It's the best feeling, though. I don't think there is anyone else I would ever want this with.
