I have the same problem .. I always say I need to get to bed earlier .. but find no matter what .. I simply can not fall asleep before 3 a.m. .. except in rare cases.

Yep! Then I oversleep, and have to rush to work, and spend the day feeling like crap.

Then I come home and take a nap!

Then I am up all night!

It is a terrible circle.

No nap today though....

I guess I've just gotten used to it .. and my jobs keep my mind busy all day & night .. so I guess that's what keeps me going .. once I'm home .. I need 'let-down' time before I'm ready to fall asleep .. so it ends up being really late .. 4 a.m. is not unusual, either.

My dh isn't even home.
