Not sure how this will work, in case they may all not be able to make it?

A good way to let people know exactly who is invited is listing the invited parties on the inner envelope of the invitation. or if you do't have an inner envelope, list them on the outer envelope.

And if someone replies with additional guest, you can either suck it and let them all come, or give them a call and apologize for the misunderstanding.
