BECAUSE RAIN IS THE DEVVVVVVVVIL!!!!!!!!
and it makes cats very cranky, and they do all sorts of weird things when they can't go outside.
For example, one of our cats, Scrappy, is on top of the china cabinet in FMIL's house (downstairs from us). FH went down there a little while ago, walked by the china cabinet, and randomly got swatted in the head!!!!!
Wouldn't YOU be angry???
