why don't they listen!!??

i told all my girls they could get any shoes they wanted, they just need to be dyeable and they all had to get them from the same store anytime before july 29th, the store will only dye shoes bought from there. anyway what does fh cousin do....buys them somewhere else!!!!! she bought them a week after we spoke and she asked if she could go somewhere else and i said no!! she lives half an hour away from the place, is that too much to ask!!!!!!!!!!! i'm just so annoyed!!!
