Ew, that would piss me off too! She not be drunk during your ceremony. You need to have a serious talk with her.
I am not having a bridal party, I'm only having my sister as my MOH.

Well, I didnt say anything, but I knew I didnt have to because the girls in my BP just dont drink. We all did have a glass of champagne in the limo before hand but that was to celebrate. That was it for me LOL

If shes one that you think would actually get drunk before the ceremony I think you should talk to her again.

My DH likes to drink and I told him, I dont care if you drink, even beforehand, but if you are even CLOSE to drunk I will not say I do! He knew I was dead serious! I wanted him to be sober while hes marrying me. The boys were a little buzzed but thats it.

What is wrong with this girl that she needs to be drunk for your ceremony? I know you have some type of relationship with her, so I don't want to offend you. But that is the most white trash thing I've ever heard. So what, she can be tripping down the isle.

You need to put her in her place and she needs to realize that there is no tailgating before a wedding ceremony.

So today one of the bm's decides to tell me that she things im ridiculous asking them not to drink before the ceremony, and to start drinking at the cocktail hour. the ceremony starts at 130, and the ch starts at 430...is that asking a lot??!?! she swears that every wedding shes been to, everyone was drunk before it started..*** is that?!

Your not being unreasonable. One of the groomsmen at my sisters wedding was drunk for the ceremony, and it got worse when they went to westbury gardens for pics. He was a mean drunk. and got lost somewhere to go to the bathroom. It was like babysitting a 2yr old.. And... he started manhandling my sister. I thought my sisters husband was going to tackle him at one point......

Yea I did not provide any alcohol the day of my wedding when the girls came here for pictures and to get ready. I had it catered so they werent hunger but NO alcohol and no one asked which was good, BUT at my stepsisters wedding before the ceremony we too were at her moms house and they had light snacks and BEER and WINE, I could not believe how much the girls were drinking and we had to be there 2 hours before the ceremony, and in the limo going to the church too these girls were drinking that on the way to the church we had to pull over to a gas station cause one of the girls had to pee! I couldnt believe it! oh and forget it the limo was packed with tons of beer that as soon as we got back in the limo more and more drinking, and we had a good 45 min to hour ride from franklin square to the fox hollow, it was a friday night wedding and it was pouring out, but I dont know how these girls were able to drink soooo much before the cocktail hour.

ok, that's really trashy and childish.
Is she going to do keg stands during your cocktail hour, or put her mouth under the vodka slide?
