Why is 'combine shipping charges' rocket science to the vendor who promised to do it?
The vendor was selling 2 sets of 6 silver teaspoons, but in each listing said that she'd combine the shipping if one bidder won both items.
Well, I've been asking her to send an invoice with the combined shipping so I can pay for it on paypal, but she keeps sending invoices with the full shipping for both auctions...
