Yes and try calling Dell or Travelocity. It fustrates the heck out of me. It bad enough that they outsource but atleast make it understandable. If I am offending anyone I DONT CARE...lol.

because companies have no problem with you spending money on their products but have problems with your problems after you've already spent money on their product.
