Why is it .......

that whenever a new building is being constructed I get SOOO excited thinking it may be a sweet new restaurant or a Crate & Barrel (I dream) or a Panera Bread, and every stinkin time it is a flipping drug or grocery store. Do I really need a Walgreens on every corner? The answer is no.

On the way home from work I drive by 3 new buildings. I have sadly learned they will be Walgreens, Walgreens (again!) and CVfreakinS.
