that so many people (Not on 08) just in general; seem so stressed about planning and I'm not - I just feel like it is what it is and its not that i dont care, but im not getting like crazy and freaking out and totally stressed

not if ur normally a laid back person!
i stress over everything so this is totally normal for me.. im not stressed over the planning im stressed over the $$$$$$$$ since we dont have any of it. and then where we are goin to live. but ive learned that i have to take things as they come and try not to worry about the future too much!

I have to say that I was stressed about booking a RH but now that that is done I feel fine also.
When FH and I were looking at places the coordinators or reps would tell us that we should book the DJ and photographers right away because everyone gets engaged by Christmas and that there is then a rush to get things booked.
If I had a dream photographer and DJ I would book them but I want to enjoy being engaged.
Shall I stop now???

I'm not really stressed about planning right now either. Maybe that's because we took a break from planning...I might be stressing once the planning picks up again

thats true, we stopped until after the new year besides, i dont have my ring!! i mean, its picked out and my uncle is making it and measured my finger last week- FH promised by new years - its no surprise since we've already been planning everything, i just want it on my finger!! LOL

well i was getting upset cuz the planning was getting out of hand too much at once so i havent looked at anything in months.. except i booked the DJ cuz i knew who i wanted and it was simple. but its been great just taking a brake!

So its a good thing that all of us aren't freaking out...its 4 less Bridezillas that the vendors have on their hands.
I cant imagine being a Bridezilla, they are so outrageous. I am so outgoing and easy to please I hope I dont become like them!

yea, thankfully and unfortunately all at the same time - i dont have those problems FMIL is incapacitated in hospital and FFIL is giving us some $$ - no opinions though

My FH and I havent figured out our wedding party yet. I guess maybe that should be my priority before booking anything.
