i text him my dress came in and then like 2 hours later he calls me and doesn't even bring it up!! so i'm like hun my dress came in aren't u excited??? hes like oh yeah, thats cool and then changes the subject. how come men are soo not into wedding planning????

i have pics of me in it from when i ordered it back in august in my ablum. feel free to check those out until i go for my fitting in a few weeks.

Awww. Boys will be boys. If you want him to get excited about it, talk about him taking it off of you on your wedding night. It worked with my FH.

i think i would be a little worried if my fh was too enthusiastic about my dress coming in!

i'm literaly laugh out loud on the couch right now. good point, thanks for the laugh and putting it into prospective for me.

I'm so with ya on this...our invites came in yesterday and there wasn't a flicker of excitement from him. Just his usual silly sarcastic remarks. He had to comment on the spelling out of 'two thousand and seven' and 'favour' and 'honour' He really was against that just to be against something.

We know how you feel!

when i showed FH our wedding invite proof he had the same reaction!! hes like why is there a U in honor?????

Because we are girls and we love looking at dresses , men will only care about the dress when you are in it.

i guess you've already checked out my album and saw me in my beautiful dress!!! if FH only knew the hotness he will see the day of the wedding then maybe he'd be excited.

I dont think that men are really into the wedding dress, I think that when your walking down the isle your fh is going to be saying to himself 'wow thats the woman that i am marring' I doubt that he is going to say 'wow thats a great dress' Leave it up to the women to tell you how stunning your gown is going to look on you.

hahaha mine was the same way, he coulnt care less that it came in!!!!!!!!!!! hes SO not into the wedding and the planning and stuff...hahaha its normal, its a day for the girl anyway ;)
