I dont understand why he would hide the fact that he is gay (if he is).
Allegedly, a lot of Hollywood men are & hide it to keep a good image so that they can get better roles, or so that they do not get pigeonholed into just 'gay friend' roles.

This is my point exactly on this whole mess. She was soooo private about her relationship with Chris Klein, I was assuming that was just the way she was. Lets just *assume* her relationship with Tom is a fake and it is found out, don't they realize they are going to lose a lot of fans and (any) respect they may have? There will be a huuuge backlash on them.
